Prof. Riza is focused on maintaining a small select group with a stress on individual mentoring. Each group member experiences a variety of technologies and thought challenges during the course of his/her stay. Critical and balanced thinking with time management and people skills are stressed along-with multi-tasking and handling of key individual and shared responsibilities. The goal is to train the few leaders of tomorrow, with each group member given a broad training in physical electronics to later build his/her future in science/engineering or for that matter any act of creative thinking and global contributions.
